Terms of service

Last updated 20 October 2026. Plain language, no surprises.

These terms apply when you create a workspace on SimpliFi (“the Service”), operated by Henapp Infocom Technologies, Accra, Ghana (“we”, “us”). By signing up you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. Your workspace

You are responsible for your account, your staff accounts and everything done with them. Keep passwords private and give staff only the roles they need. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

2. Your customers and your data

You own your business data: customers, packages, vouchers, sessions and payments. We process it on your behalf to run the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers’ phone numbers and for the messages you send them, including compliance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the electronic communications rules that apply to your network.

3. Payments from your customers

Customer payments go to the payment accounts you connect (for example Paystack, Hubtel or MTN MoMo); those providers’ own terms apply. We do not hold your customers’ money, except where you choose platform collection with an automatic split, in which case the provider settles your share directly to your account.

4. Fees

After the free trial you pay the plan shown on your Billing page: a percentage of the revenue processed through the Service, or a fixed fee per billing period. Invoices are due within the grace period shown on them. Unpaid workspaces may be suspended; your data is kept and service resumes when the invoice is paid.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful content, spam or fraud, or to interfere with other networks. Do not try to access other workspaces or bypass security. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

6. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages of your internet provider, routers, SMS or payment providers.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using the Service at any time; outstanding invoices remain payable. On request we export your data in a common format for 30 days after your workspace is closed.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by e-mail or in your dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
